What to bring

  • A dry change of clothes — you must change after the tour, as passengers in wet clothing are not permitted to board the transfer minivan
  • A passport photo for every participant — we need it to arrange insurance before departure
  • A towel — swimming, sea spray and waterside stops are all part of the route
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses — tropical sun feels stronger when it reflects off the water
  • Money for meals — lunch during island stops is paid separately

Restrictions and important conditions

  • Riding is not suitable during pregnancy because of waves, vibration and sudden acceleration — the safety of mother and baby comes first
  • Guests with serious heart, spinal or other medical conditions cannot participate when speed, vibration and wave impact could place an unsafe strain on the body
  • Please arrive sober: quick reactions, attention and following the escort’s instructions are essential on the water
  • Children under 5 cannot participate: prolonged riding over waves, sea spray, vibration and sudden acceleration are not safe for a very young child
  • Guests may ride independently from age 15; younger guests join as passengers with an adult
  • Sea conditions can change, so the escort may adjust the order or choice of stops — safety and a great experience remain the priority

Rescheduling and cancellation

For any cancellation made by the guest, 50% of the tour price is retained regardless of the cancellation time or reason. No-show, late arrival, refusal to join on the tour day, missing required documents, or arriving in a condition that makes participation impossible under safety rules are also treated as guest cancellation. Rescheduling after 18:00 on the previous day is available for ฿ 1,000. If the organizer moves the route because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, we will agree a new date without a penalty.
