When a sea voyage may not be suitable
A sea voyage involves boat motion, sun, heat and boarding or disembarking at islands. We recommend avoiding the trip without first consulting a doctor if you are pregnant, have a heart or respiratory condition (including asthma), uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy, a recent operation or injury, severe motion sickness, or any condition that could make the journey or boarding unsafe.
This is a precaution, not an automatic refusal. Please tell our team about any mobility or health needs in advance so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Plans change. You may cancel or move your booking to another date free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the tour begins.
If you request a new date less than 24 hours before departure, you can still reschedule by paying a ฿ 500 change fee. If illness prevented you from joining on your booked date, we will move your trip to another date free of charge with a doctor’s note confirming the illness on that date.
The weather at sea can be changeable. If the tour is proceeding as planned, an unpredictable forecast alone does not qualify a guest-requested change for a free reschedule within 24 hours of departure; the ฿ 500 change fee still applies.
Refunds
For a timely cancellation of a booking paid by credit card (through payment systems), the refund will be issued minus the payment processing fee within several days after cancellation is confirmed; the time it reaches your account depends on your bank.
To cancel, reschedule or request a refund, contact us with your booking reference, tour date and the name on your booking.
